EU Unlikely to Decide on Carbon Target by Cancun, Adviser Says

Oct. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The European Union is "unlikely" to
decide on raising its carbon-emissions target before United
Nations climate change talks resume in late November in Cancun,
Mexico, Jurgen Lefevere, a climate adviser to the EU, said today
in a briefing at negotiations in China.
