Western Europe, U.K. Colder Than Average in November, WSI Says

Oct. 25 (Bloomberg) -- Temperatures in the U.K. and western
Europe will be colder than average next month, while Scandinavia
will be warmer than normal, according to forecaster WSI Corp.
Temperatures will stay colder than average in the U.K. and
western continental Europe in December, and be above-average in
southern Europe, the Andover, Massachusetts-based company said
today in an e-mailed statement. WSI has more than 200 energy
clients in the U.S. and Europe.
