Thailand May Cut Taxes on Carbon Trading Revenue, Post Says

Oct. 26 (Bloomberg) -- The Thai government is considering a
proposal to waive or cut taxes on revenues that companies make
from selling carbon credits, the Bangkok Post reported, citing
Sirithan Pairoj-Boriboon, executive director of the Thai
Greenhouse Gas Management Organisation.
The Thai cabinet will meet next week to debate the proposal
from the Finance Ministry, the report said.
