Sept. 3 (Bloomberg) -- The premium for 2010 United Nations
Certified Emission Reduction credits over 2011 futures widened
to a record 67 euro cents a metric ton today on London's
European Climate Exchange as regulators scrutinize greenhouse-
gas offset projects.
