Estonia to Sell Emission Credits to Three Japanese Companies

Sept. 23 (Bloomberg) -- Estonia approved selling 5.8
million United Nations emission credits to Japanese companies
Marubeni Corp., Mitsubishi Corp. and Sumitomo Corp.
The proceeds from selling so-called Assigned Amount Units
will be spent on improving energy efficiency in public sector
buildings, the government's press office in Tallinn said in an
e-mailed statement today. It gave no financial details.
