Sept. 20 (Bloomberg) -- Ukraine has offered to sell its
entire supply of greenhouse gas emissions permits to the World
Bank, Kommersant-Ukraine newspaper reported, citing an
unidentified official.
The Ukrainian government wants to sell its 460 million
allowances at a price of 9 to 10 euros ($11.79-$13.10) each, the

The World Bank has expressed interest in buying 2 million
to 3 million permits in 2011 at a price of 7.5 to 8.3 euros,
according to Kommersant.
