Hong Kong Targets 33% Emissions Cut by 2020, Morning Post Says

Sept. 11 (Bloomberg) -- Hong Kong's government set a target
to cut carbon emissions in the city by as much as 33 percent by
2020, the South China Morning Post reported today, citing the
Environment Bureau. The government has recommended that half the
city's electricity should be generated by nuclear power plants
by 2030, according to the report.
