China Needs Its Own Carbon Trading Market, Says Cheng Siwei

Sept. 13 (Bloomberg) -- China needs its own carbon trading
market, Cheng Siwei, former vice chairman of the standing
committee of the National People's Congress, said at the World
Economic Forum's Summer Davos meetings in Tianjin today.
