Mercuria Buys Carbon Developer MGM From Morgan Stanley

Nov. 3 (Bloomberg) -- Mercuria Energy Group Ltd. bought MGM
International Group LLC, a developer of carbon credits, for an
undisclosed sum from shareholders including a unit of Morgan
Stanley and MGM's founders.
Mercuria bought MGM to expand its carbon trading business,
the company said in an e-mailed statement today.
