Gas Prices Undercutting Renewable-Energy Investment, Birol Says

Nov. 17 (Bloomberg) -- Low natural-gas prices are hurting
investment in renewable energy, International Energy Agency
Chief Economist Fatih Birol said today in Madrid. Investment in
U.S. clean energy may decline 70 percent this year, he said at a
conference in Spain's capital city.
