Oct. 1 (Bloomberg) -- U.K. power regulator Ofgem said
National Grid Plc "should have flexibility" to sell Scottish
natural gas pipelines for use in carbon capture and storage
systems.
Natural gas customers should benefit from the sale of
pipelines at the St. Fergus import terminal and shouldn't have
to pay for carbon-related upgrades, Ofgem said today in an e-
mailed statement.
