Aug. 12 (Bloomberg) -- The former leader of environmental
campaign group Greenpeace in Spain, Juan Lopez de Ugalde, is
trying to set up a political party to focus on "green" issues,
El Confidencial reported.
Lopez may be joined by Joan Herrera, leader of the Catalan
Green party, and Joaquin Nieto, head of environmental policy at
the Comisiones Obreras union, the news website said.
The campaigners are aiming to run in regional elections
next year, El Confidencial added.
