Estonia to Sell Emission Allowances to Luxembourg, BNS Says

Aug. 5 (Bloomberg) -- Estonia plans to sell 470 million
krooni ($39 million) in greenhouse-gas emission allowances to
Luxembourg, the Baltic News Service reported, citing the
government.
The government is selling Assigned Amount Units, BNS
reported.
