Enel Aims to Start Green Power Unit IPO by Oct. 18, Sole Says

Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Enel SpA aims to start the initial
public offering for its Green Power unit by Oct. 18, daily Il
Sole 24 Ore reported, without saying where it got the
information.
Further details will be added to documentation presented in
mid-June and will be given to regulators this week to add to the
IPO prospectus, according to the newspaper. The offer should
then start in about 40 days, Il Sole reported.
The utility, Italy's largest, will hold a presentation in
Rome today for more that 100 analysts from the banks that will
take part in the IPO, Il Sole reported.
