Carbon Market Fragmentation May Be 'Unavoidable,' Figueres Says

Sept. 8 (Bloomberg) -- Fragmentation of the carbon markets
may be "unavoidable" because countries are having trouble
agreeing on an international climate treaty, Christiana
Figueres, Executive Secretary, United Nations Framework
Convention on Climate Change, said at a conference in New Delhi
today.
