Saudi Aramco Working on Long-Term Strategy to Reduce Emissions

Nov. 2 (Bloomberg) -- Saudi Aramco, the world's biggest oil
producer, is working on a long-term strategy to reduce its
greenhouse gas emissions, an official from the company's EXPEC
Advanced Research Center said.
Saudi Aramco is looking at capturing carbon dioxide
from industrial plants, capturing gas from vessels,
converting gas into marketable products, using it for
enhanced oil recovery, and storing it underground, Samer al-
Ashgar said at a conference in Abu Dhabi today.
