dec 2012 rises 5c on probable 300 million in extra supply

that year (granted phase III supply). what is ``the go'' folks? why did the contract advance? because the market probably will not get the supply next year? if so, why did the dec 11 ``only'' rise 5c too? comments my way, cheers
