Shell's David Hone Is New Chairman of IETA, Cogan Says

Dec. 8 (Bloomberg) -- David Hone, Royal Dutch Shell Plc's
climate adviser, is the new chairman of the International
Emissions Trading Association based in Geneva, said Jack Cogan,
the outgoing chairman of the lobby group.
