folks...why carbon rising as UK gas falls?

Jan. 4 (Bloomberg) -- Carbon permits under the European
Union's emissions-trading system, the world's biggest
cap-and-trade program, were little changed.
EU allowances for December 2011 delivery traded at 14.25
euros a metric ton as of 7:04 a.m. on London's ICE Futures Europe
exchange, compared with 14.24 euros at the close of the previous
session.
