Carbon Capture Is 'Litmus Test' for Climate Talks, IEA Says

Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- The world needs about 3,400 carbon-
capture and storage projects by 2050, up from five now, and
approving the technology under the United Nations emissions
market will be a "litmus test" for this month's climate talks
in Cancun, Mexico, said Nobuo Tanaka, executive director for the
International Energy Agency.
