Branson Targets Carbon Output of Ocean-Going Ships, Sky Reports

Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Richard Branson has established a
website that rates 60,000 ships based on their carbon emissions,
maintaining that climate change problems can be solved by
business rather than government initiatives, Sky News reported,
citing Branson.
