Tricorona Forward Emissions Sales Triple in Second Quarter

July 22 (Bloomberg) -- Tricorona AB, the emissions-
reduction-project developer being bought by Barclays Capital,
said it had sold almost three times as many greenhouse-gas
credits forward at the end of June than at the end of the first
quarter.
The Stockholm-based developer had sold 12.5 million tons of
its Kyoto Protocol credits as of June 30, according to a
statement distributed today. That compares with 4.5 million tons
as of March 31, according to an earlier filing.
