Lagarde Wants AMF to Control French Carbon-Emissions Market

July 22 (Bloomberg) -- French Finance Minister Christine
Lagarde proposed that France's AMF market regulator extend its
powers to include supervising the country's market for carbon
emissions.
A consultation procedure to run through Aug. 15 has been
opened, Lagarde said in an emailed statement.
