Green Exchange Wins CFTC Approval to Operate Independently

July 26 (Bloomberg) -- Green Exchange LLC said it received
approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission to
operate independently.
The exchange and Nymex is working on a timetable for
transferring contracts, Green Exchange said today in an e-mailed
statement.
