Rubalcaba Says Spain to Pass Renewable Energy Law in April

Nov. 19 (Bloomberg) -- Spanish Deputy Prime Minister
Alfredo Perez Rubalcaba said the government will pass a law on
"energy efficiency and renewable energy" in April next year.
He didn't give details at a news conference in Madrid today.
